Take today's photo
Camera or library. Pick a look: instant, faded, warm, golden hour, shade, silver, noir.
One photo a day for the one person who'd want it. It lands on their widget, theirs lands on yours. No feed, no strangers, and no server of ours in between.
Two iPhones. Ann's widget shows Sandro's photo of the day, and Sandro's shows Ann's.
Ann and Sandro, one print a day each. Keep scrolling and the roll moves along.

No app to open. Their day is just there when they unlock, and it flips over at midnight.
Reactions are stickers. Stick a sun on their beach, or a label on their face.
Write on the print or tape a scrap of paper to it. It goes with the photo.
Your streak follows your season and your holidays: autumn leaves now, pumpkins near Halloween.
A club is one shared wall for your friends, your family, your running group. More on clubs
Pro adds videos, stickers cut from your own photos, and packs only Pro has. See Pro
Free during the beta, Pro included.
Your photos stay in your own iCloud. When you share with someone, Apple's iCloud lets their phone read them. That's the whole trip. Photo Tape doesn't run a server, so there's nothing of yours for us to keep, sell or lose.
The fine print, plainly: a few small things use Apple's public iCloud database. These are the sticker shelf, stickers that Pro members choose to publish, abuse reports, and follow requests (two anonymous IDs, a first name and an emoji). Your photos never go there; a sticker cut from one goes there only if you publish it.
For the friends, the family chat, the book club. Start one with a name and an emoji, and it gets its own code. Anyone who scans it joins.
The everyday app is free. Pro is for people who want to play more.
A moving print: five seconds, stickers and all, straight to your person's widget.
Lift anyone or anything out of a photo and stick it anywhere. The first three are free for everyone.
Sticker packs only Pro has, like holographic ones that catch the light as you tilt your phone.
An iPhone on iOS 17 or later, signed in to iCloud. That's also all your person needs.
Apple's app for trying apps before they're in the App Store. Install TestFlight, open our link, and tap Install. Updates arrive on their own.
Yes. Everything is free during the beta, Pro included.
Only the people you share with and the clubs you post to. Not us, because there's no server of ours to see them on.
Yes. Send them this page. Once you're both in, share your days from the Friends sheet with a link or a follow request.
Not for now. Photo Tape is built on iCloud, so it's iPhone only.
