01The beta

Photo Tape is in public beta through Apple's TestFlight. Features may change, break or go away, and each beta build expires after 90 days, as TestFlight requires. Apple's TestFlight terms apply too.

Apple's standard licence for apps (the EULA) also applies to Photo Tape.

02Your content

What you post is yours. You give the people you share with, and the members of the clubs you post to, permission to see it in Photo Tape. It is stored in iCloud, under Apple's terms.

03Be decent

Don't post anything illegal, hateful or harassing, sexual content involving minors, or private images of other people without their consent. Club owners can remove and block members. We can take down published stickers and, where we are able to, act on reports.

04Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, bought through your Apple Account. Payment is charged when you confirm. A subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

During the beta, purchases are free test purchases.

05No warranty

Photo Tape and this website are provided as they are. Keep your own copies of the photos you care about.

06Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Photo Tape.

07Changes

If these terms change, this page and the date at the top change with it.
