Common fixes
The widget is empty
Open Photo Tape once today, check you're signed in to iCloud, then remove the widget and add it again.
My person's photo doesn't arrive
Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud, with Photo Tape allowed under Settings › your name › iCloud. Then open the app on both phones.
Joining a club
Scan the club's code with the Camera app, or open the link the owner sent you.
Pro is missing
Pro follows your Apple Account. Open the Pro screen in the app and restore your purchase.
The beta stopped opening
Beta builds expire after 90 days. Open TestFlight and install the latest build.
